There are two piers with a 3' mean water line. Each cottage has a 14’ row boat. The 18' x 36' in ground pool sits on the tip of the point overlooking the water. The dwellings consist of the Main House, one guest cottage with 2 bedrooms (#2), and another guest cottage, with 2 separate 1-bedroom units (1-A & 1-B), which can be interconnected.
